Work-hardened 0.7 mm thick 49 x 11.5 cm stainless steel blade. 2 toothed sides with a tooth in the corner (avoids glue in the inside corners). Aluminum reinforcement for excellent rigidity, secured with welded dowels. Wide, comfortable, adjustable handle on the rail. Allows one- or two-handed grip.
