Rubber vulcanisation: an inimitable process and exceptional expertise in France

Formerly SARGOM, this site, unique in France, remains the only specialist in rubber vulcanisation using an original and proven process. Heavy technology has enabled the industrialisation of this process for the mass production of troughs, buckets, bins and the now famous Soupleschelle®. Every year, 24 hours a day, several thousand tonnes of raw material are vulcanised in 125 moulds by 40 compression presses ranging from 200 to 700 tonnes.

Total mastery of metal

This unit is increasingly specialising in the manufacture of metal products (sheet metal and tubes) and galvanised steel. In addition to K5b stakes, markers and levelling rods, this unit produces our four models of plate lifters: taliatop®, taliatop®Expert, taliatop®Junior and taliatop®Duo. Since July 2012, the welding of parts for these plate lifters, among other things, has been carried out by a robotic welding centre. All our plate lifters are tested and inspected at this production site.

This unit has successfully integrated all advertising techniques and forms: marketing, design, computer graphics, advertising and industrial marking, adhesive advertising, screen printing, printing, flexography and pad printing. SOFOP MULTIGRAPHIC, a specialist in signage, customises vests, helmets, ribbons and construction site signs. SOFOP MULTIGRAPHIC designs and prints all types of communication media: professional catalogues, product sheets and notices, POS advertising, labels, etc.

All the traditional machine tools, combined with the new technologies required for metal processing and machining are represented at the U5 site: milling machines, stamping presses, lathes, grinding machines, riveting machines, filing machines, buttoning machines, etc.

Originally operating under the FIQUET FRANCE brand, this site located in Seine-Maritime (76) specialises in the manufacture of professional tools such as levels, compasses and squares for the construction and industrial sectors.
