SOFOP SCORES 78 OUT OF 100 IN THE 2025 ‘GENDER EQUALITY’ INDEX.

The ‘gender equality’ index awards companies a score out of 100 based on four criteria for companies with up to 250 employees. We publish here the score for the past year (Art. D. 1142-2-1 of french Labour Code).

Our overall score of 78 points breaks down as follows:

A very small pay gap in favour of men :

The difference in the rate of increase between women and men favours men:

There has been at least one return from maternity leave with a pay rise upon returning from this leave :
